The discounts offered were impressive, and we even received a freebie, which was a nice touch. The service was relatively fast, and what stood out was the personal attention as a staff member personally led us to the tax exemption desk, making the process seamless. Additionally, despite any language barriers, the staff made a commendable effort to communicate in English, which was appreciated and didn't detract from the overall positive experience.
