診察当日に小さな嚢胞の手術が行われ、早期に改善が得られました。
アメリカの医療システムになじんだ方にお勧めのクリニックです。
アメリカ人の旦那がお世話になりましたが明先生は英語がペラペラなので通訳要らずで診察して頂けました。とても丁寧に診てもらえて、整形外科では分からなかった痛みの原因まで教えて下さいました。とても素晴らしい名医です！これからお世話になろうと思います。We highly recommend this hospital.I took my American husband due to back pain / shoulder pain. Doctor speaks perfect English and he is extremely kind , nice and professional. We didn’t know why he had pain or pop the shoulder. Doctor showed us Xray and ultrasound to diagnose the issue. Also super reasonable so if you don’t have off base insurance you don’t have to worry too much. Dr.’s note can be available in English as well.
いつもこちらへお世話になっています。発熱外来は駐車場で車で待機でき、手続きもオンラインでできます。明先生は寝る間も惜しんで患者さんのことばかり。ドクターコトーみたいな先生ってこんな身近にホントにいてくれてるんだって思います。何かあっても先生なら対応してくれる。といつも安心してしまっています。内科、外科、リハビリもあるし、こんなマルチにみてくれる病院は他にないとおもいます！しかも親身に対応してもらえて医師の鏡だと思います！こんな先生が沢山いてくれたら、病院難民も減るのでは？
I had what I believed to be a cyst on my back and came to this clinic at the recommendation of the larger hospitals. I was experiencing discomfort and pain, and as a contractor am unable to use TriCare services. Mr. Okii San (the main doctor) and his supporting staff were extremely kind and professional. They performed an ultrasound and identified a small cyst with a larger inflammation underneath.He gave me multiple options including a referral to get into the larger hospitals, and we decided to try to fix the cyst with surgery that same day at Okii Clinic. He was able to perform the surgery the same day, with no pain, and a positive outcome.We got lots of information and guidance as well as emergency information and follow up procedures. The entire surgery was about $200 with no insurance (can make a claim with my USA healthcare).You will need a medical translator to assist you if your Japanese isn't fluent, as Englisht wasn't an option. They are available for hire per hour in Iwakuni.I would recommend this clinic to anyone whom is struggling with the large hospitals, in particular Americans whom have to go through Japanese healthcare systems. I had a very good experience with a quick and positive outcome.

私は昔っから、元院長（あだ名、ちょびひげ）に凄くお世話になりました、息子とも同級生で近所では、人気の病院でした、代が変わっても、人気みたいです、病院は、こーでなくちゃ、皆安心できないよね、頑張って下さい。
