嵩山 展望台駐車場の特徴
車が10台停められるので、特に便利な駐車場です。
展望台へ行く途中の道が狭いので、ここでの駐車が最適です。
頂上までのアクセスが良く、手軽に利用できます。
I used the Dakesan Observatory Parking Lot on a Thursday afternoon in early spring. After a fun time shopping with my wife in Suooshima, I feel the pull of the mountains. Even if the road is a little narrow . . . Well, when I arrive there is plenty of space to park! For those who are concerned with details, the date is March 27. The time is in the midafternoon, and when I look at my watch, it seems like it is 4 o’clock.Please be careful of oncoming traffic on the narrow road! As for us, it seems like it is not very busy, so my wife does not need to feel too nervous. When I arrive, there are no other cars parked, so I can go wild trying different parking spaces! Take the time to appreciate the unique shape of the parking lot, like the kana 「し」. The shape gives a mysterious feeling, but actually, it seems like the shape is to take advantage of the shape of the mountain. Parking lot enthusiasts will be impressed!There are 21 spots available. Unfortunately, there are no special spots for buses or for compact vehicles, so it seems like it lacks specialization. Additionally, the paint for the spots is faded so it seems a little sloppy. Perhaps the staff should repaint it?There is a restroom available for visitors. Perhaps it is because of the season, but I cannot say it looks clean . . .There also seem to be many cherry trees, with a stone marker showing it is a lottery-sponsored cherry blossom plantation! Additionally, there is an old wooden rest area for flower watching or eating bento . . . Unfortunately, it seems like the entrance is falling apart, and looks unsafe to enter. When I imagine years ago that families may have sat smiling and watching the cherry blossoms, I begin to feel a sadness . . .As for us, it was a cloudy day, and long before arriving at the parking lot we were already in the cloud. For those who want to experience a 「し」 shaped parking lot in the cloud, please consider the Dakesan Observatory Parking Lot!Thank you for your consideration.
【2024年3月訪問】・駐車場あり・トイレあり（冬シーズンだからか綺麗とは言えなかった）・嵩山 展望台にいくために利用・この駐車場から、展望台まで数分程度で到着する結果、最高。
展望台のある頂上もそこまで広くなく道も狭いので、車はここに停めた方がいいです。
嵩山展望台近くの駐車場。途中までの道は狭いので対向車に注意して下さい。ここに止めて展望台まで歩いて行くのが良いと思います。(写真2枚目参照)

駐車場から少し歩きます。道は草が茂っており、草に当たりながら登った先には瀬戸内海の島々を見られる絶景があります車で駐車場に上がるまでに、かなり急な登り坂をクネクネ登ります。車高の低い車は登るのはしんどいと思います。
