宿道 大田坂（ウフタビラ）の特徴
整備された階段を登ると、素晴らしい眺望が楽しめる場所です。
事前から気になっていた観光スポットで感動しました。
見るべき歴史的な場所として、訪れる価値があります。
以前から側道にある整備された階段が気になっていたので訪問。車は階段の西側の路肩に停められます。階段を登り切ると200年前の石畳の道が残ってました。階段下りの正面は勝連城です。
見るべき場所です！琉球王国時代の主要道であった「宿道（すくみち）」の一部で、約200年前に整備されました。階段を上がった先にあり、今も石畳が見られます。うるま市指定文化財第34号「史跡」【うるま市設置の現地看板より引用】字大田と字川田を通る坂道は、今から約200年ほど前に、「あかばんた掟（うっち）」と「玉城親雲上（たまぐすくぺーちん）」と「上門小（いーじょうぐゎー）ビニー」の３人の企画と設計で施工され、地元や近隣の住民から資材の協力を得て完成したと伝えられています。幅員2〜3mで、全長300mにおよび、琉球石灰岩を敷き詰めた石畳の道で、坂を登ると眺めの良い「大田バンタ」があります。また、字具志川に板書があった頃、首里王府から各間切の伝達に利用された道で、宿道として整備された歴史の道であります。You should watch it :) !!【Quotes from signboard set up by Uruma city】It is told that the slope in Ota and Kawata was built around 200 years ago according to plans set by Akabanta Ucchi, Tamagusuku Pechin, and Ijougwa Bini along with the support of local and neighbouring communities.The road measures two to three meters wide, 300 meters in lengths, and is laid with Ryukyu limestone. On top of the hill is the Ota banta, where one can enjoy a marvelous view. Also the road was considered to be a modern-day highway when Gushikawa still held a guardhouse, as it was used by the Shuri Royal Government to relay important messages between magiri (modern-day equivalent of villages, towns, or cities). The road, therefore, is considered to have historical value.

周辺のオススメ
側道脇の階段を登ると眺めの良い場所に着きます。案内版がありそこから大田ビラ（ウフタビラ）が山の上まで約300メートル続きます。琉球石灰岩の栗石を土の上に敷き詰めた石畳のため雨などで土砂が流出し、崩壊が著しいようです。
