I would love to give a huge thank you to Mr. Honda at the Gucci store! He was incredibly friendly, sincere, and made me feel so comfortable from the moment we met. His English was excellent, and he explained everything with such kindness and patience.This was actually my very first Gucci bag — and honestly, at first, I just planned to have a look. But because of Mr. Honda and two other wonderful staff members (a lady and a gentleman — I’m sorry I didn’t catch their names), I felt such a genuine warmth and trust that I decided to make my first purchase.Mr. Honda truly made the experience unforgettable. He wasn’t just selling a bag — he made me feel welcome and valued, and that meant so much. We also had a fun conversation about his upcoming trip to Thailand, which made the moment even more special because I’m from Thailand too!Please kindly pass along my deepest thanks to Mr. Honda. I wish him the best for his trip and hope he enjoys Thailand as much as I enjoyed visiting Japan.This memory will always be very special to me — my first Gucci bag, my first trip to Japan, and a truly wonderful shopping experience. 色んなな物がありました。心斎橋大丸のGUCCIの方が、何故かドキドキワクワクします💓理由は、わかりませんが、グッチ大阪さんは、広くて、スカスカのような、少し寂しい雰囲気です🤔⁉️広すぎるのかな？スタッフの皆さんは、とても丁寧に接客いただき、梅阪のGUCCIさんより、落ち着けます😋でも、梅阪のGUCCIさんのグイグイ感も嫌いじゃありません❣️OURA RINGは、こちらのお店で購入しました❣️手放せないです！
店内はそんなに広くないですが気さくに接客してくださり、店内在庫が無ければすぐに近隣で探して下さるので助かります。人も多過ぎず入りやすいです。
若い人向け？最近人気？シューズはヒールが低い物も多数あり財布は以前の布製から、今は革製の物もあるので長く使えるかも手が出しやすい価格の物もあるけど、えっと高！！って思うのもあるよ（笑）

本日、2年前に購入した財布の修理をお願いに訪問しました。入店しても、接客中の男性店員は知らない顔で、少しお待ちくださいとか一言配慮が必要かなと思いました。一流のお店であるので、一流の礼儀、接客は求められるのではありませんか？ただ、後から出て来られた男性の若い店員さんは、近くにある修理を行なっている店舗を親切に教えていただいたので、その点は良かったと思います。
