By far the best! Location is great for us, short walk from Sumiyoshi station exit B1 and there is a supermarket and Lawson along the way. You can also take bus from Kinshicho station (Terminal 1; platform 3 - bus 22) 4 stops right in front of Life supermarket. And there is a 7-11 down the street as you make a left turn at the junction after you exit right from the hotel and from there another bus stop not far away where there's a bus that can take you to Odaiba.It's a quiet neighbourhood and nice area to stroll around.Room itself is clean, spacious and comfortable. Plus point for having a washing machine (dryer). Not to mention there's a full size fridge and a fully functional little kitchen for simple meal prep. My kids enjoyed the bunk bed a lot and we can each have our own bed which is super nice!All of us agreed this is the best stay in Tokyo and will be our no.1 choice for our future visits!
蠻早就從機場到飯店的我突然找不到寄行李的資訊，我發了幫EMAIL，結果老闆很快聯絡上員工，我放完行李後就把鑰匙交給我，我好開心可以提早入住稍做休息再出發。房間已經被我跟孩子擺滿雜物，就不拍照了，但房間跟照片一樣漂亮又乾淨，如果房間可以有個烤麵包的烤箱就更棒了。
Kamarnya bagus n bersih sekali.. Kamarnya lega banget untuk ukuran Jepang n koper bs buka secara bersamaan, bs cuci baju jg.. Top banget. Lokasi jg 5 mnt dr lawson n life supermarket
We had a lovely stay. In a quiet neighbourhood close to Kinshicho and Skytree. Supermarket just minutes walk away. Owners stay in the building and they are very helpful. Beds were comfortable, washer and dryer in the room will be super helpful for those looking to pack light!
Great location, great comfort!We love the location of the property since it's located in a residential area, which made it nice to explore and try the local coffee shops/restaurants. It's located within close walking distance to the subway station too.The owner was very helpful and kind. Will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Tokyo. Highly recommended!
The room is spacious enough for a family of 4, kids love the bunk bed. Self check-in but all the facilities and stuffs required are available even though this is an AirBnb, the washing machine with dryer is great!The rooftop is a good spot to view almost the whole of Tokyo Skytree, great especially at night. Tokyo can be quite stressful as it's always crowded with people, so we love this quiet, peaceful part of Tokyo.
Just coming off a 2 weeks stay at this hotel and I can say this is a wonderful place to wind down everyday.It is conveniently located at 5 mins walk from the subway exit. Tokyo station, Shinjuku and Shibya are all approximately 30 mins away. There are not less than 3 convenience stores within 3 mins walk and a good size supermarket is also 3 mins away.The room is nicely furnished, beds are comfortable. A small kitchenette has most essential cooking utensils, perhaps the only thing missing is a toaster.Just need to understand this is an apartment and not a hotel. I have only met the inn keeper on my last day of stay as checkin is done via a tablet in the lobby.I would definitely consider staying in this hotel in my next Tokyo trip.
Excellent location with very nice accommodation. Everything is very clean and feels safe. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when in Tokyo.

環境安靜的住宅區，也有超商及超市，早晚都可以欣賞到晴空塔。上下舖設計，小孩超喜歡。我好喜歡房內的洗衣機+烘衣機，很方便！可以每日洗衣服不用擔心髒衣服的問題。下次來東京一定會再入住。
