車でのアクセスが必要な自然保護公園です。
吉浜川と吉浜湾の絶景が広がるスポットです。
夏虫山ルートではフラットダートを楽しめる場所です。
頂上付近までフラットダートです。一部倒木で道幅狭し。軽自動車推奨。夏虫山に劣らず眺めの良い場所です。頂上付近でキツネの家族に出会いました。巣穴があるようなので、あまり近づきすぎないようにした方が良いかと。

[ENGLISH] I've been here for a year (when I'm writing this) but I would definitely include this in the list of places I would like someone to visit if they come to Ofunato.I will warn you in advance that the place is almost impossible to get to without a car, but the vast spacing of the mountains and the ocean is splendid and will catch you in awe. On a clear day you'll be able to see the Yoshihama Port along side the mountain range and depending on the season you visit, you might also catch the leaves' colors changing in autumnThe path up to this spot is rather simple as its pretty much a one way road from the entrance coming from the Okubo gorge, but do note to keep caution since the road can be quite narrow.
