Plume (Hakuba) is a must-go dessert spot!Make sure you get there a little before she opens at 8:30pm because there will definitely be a line. She takes and makes each order one at a time, so the earlier you arrive the faster you’ll be served. There’s a bit of a wait, but it’s genuinely worth it because everything is made fresh to order.We got the No. 2 Chocolate Banana Cream (don’t forget to add almonds — game changer) and the Nutella Special Cream, and both were absolutely delicious. Perfect late-night treat in Hakuba after dinner or a big day on the slopes.Go early, line up, and thank me later. 🍫🍌
best crepes i’ve ever had. i’m gluten free and lactose intolerant, she can cater for all and it all tastes amazing. she also helps out at the restaurant next door then opens the truck when she finishes, she is truly amazing. Made my time in Echoland so much better.
Update: visited again (multiple times) in Jan 2026. New opening times 1300-1700 and 2030-2300 (last order 2230)New menu listed, lots of choices including sweet and savoury vegan options! 11/10.2025 review:Lots of vegan options. Make sure to ask about the savoury option with tofu as it’s not listed. Soy whipped cream and butter options for sweet crepes.
チョコバナナ600円、いちご🍓小さめ450円を食しました。美味しい😋生地がもちもち。キッチンカーであまり買わないですが、ここのクレープは美味しいのでまた出ていたら買いたいです。半分食べた頃にお腹いっぱいになってきたので、大人でも少食なら小さめでもいいのかも。
A fantastic walk up crepe. Easy to find with many options. Tried a sweet banana crepe with cream and custard. It was the perfect snack, tons of tasty fillings and the crepe was cooked to perfection. Try it and you won't be sorry.

We have been here every single day during our stay in Hakuba for their delicious and vide variety of savoury and sweet crepes. Very friendly and polite lady too.Note: From the street, it might look like the food truck operating as the order window faces towards the restaurant and not the street.
