初めて名護のホテルに泊まりました。海目の前でロケーションも良く部屋も綺麗でした。

1. Please exercise caution when turning from the main road into the small lane leading to the property. Traffic on the main road moves quickly, and the lane is quite narrow, requiring a near 90-degree turn. Be sure to keep a close eye on oncoming traffic from behind when making the turn.2. The overall facilities are quite nice, but the cleaning and maintenance could be improved. There was noticeable dust on the stairs, and the kitchen range hood could use a deep clean. While the sheets and comforters were comfortable, the duvet covers did not seem to fit securely, often sliding off the comforter. I understand this may be for the convenience of the cleaning staff, but it did detract from the overall quality of the experience.3. The room setup differs significantly from standard hotels, feeling more like a space organized by an inexperienced team. The placement of the bed and shelves lacks thoughtful planning, and there is a lack of luggage racks. This significantly reduces the room’s practicality; while the beautiful sea view from the window is relaxing, having luggage and clothes scattered across the floor certainly ruins the atmosphere.4. While the bathroom fixtures are functional, the layout is somewhat chaotic. There is no dedicated storage for bath towels, leaving them to be placed on the sink counter. Furthermore, the space is cramped, as the hair dryer (housed in a decorative plastic holder) has to be squeezed in with the pile of towels. It seems the entire house suffers from a lack of proper storage solutions, which is a real shame.5. There are two specific issues in the bathroom: the sink drain seems to be clogged, causing very slow drainage, and the shower area has poor ventilation. There was also a lingering, pungent odor of leftover disinfectant that hadn't been rinsed away properly.6. The large TV in the living room is impressive. However, it appears that several streaming platform accounts—potentially left by previous guests—have not been logged out. We were hesitant to use them due to privacy and liability concerns.7. The sofa in the living room is clearly showing its age, with worn and peeling leather that does not match the otherwise beautiful interior decor. Replacing it might be something to consider.If you compare the price per room, this place is definitely cost-effective; booking three separate hotel rooms would certainly be more expensive than renting this property. While the property is well-equipped, it’s clear that the management and maintenance could be more professional. I found that the key to enjoying my stay was to focus on making the space work for me. If you're willing to be a bit flexible, you can still have a lovely time here.
