㈱M-TEC ＜無限＞の特徴
電話対応がしょっぱいという口コミがあるが、訪問時の手続きがきちんとされている。
商品は外で販売されず、訪問時には内線電話をかける必要がある。
ホンダ車に特化した製品が展開されているため、車好きにはたまらない。
そとから窓に近付き中をのぞくと、85鈴鹿8耐ホワイトブルⅡ、無限CASIO ME、秀明さんの白いME、自社開発F1エンジン搭載のティレル？モナコウィナーのリジェなどがありました。営業時間中でも、どのようにして入って良いのかわからないし、入るのはナカナカ敷居が高い。でも、無限には、格別の思い入れがあります。
製品のフィッティング等について問い合わせいたしましたが、前述の方の通りとにかく電話対応がしょっぱいです(笑)受付はメーカーの顔なわけですからもう少し対応学んでいただいたほうがいいかと。
Mugen HQ, but there isn't really much to see here... so really no point in coming. A lot of parts here are sold in other stores, such as Autobacs at a lower price.
電話に出た女の対応が悪すぎる。基本的な挨拶もできないし、言葉使いもできていない。購入意欲をそがれた。
訪問する必要がある場合は、最初にドアの外で内線電話をかける必要があり、店内の商品は外で販売されません。（原文）如需要入內參觀,首先要在門外打內線電話, 店內商品不會外售。

It can be quite daunting and intimidating when you arrive here, since there's no one around to welcome you if you want to visit and buy stuff. Go inside pass the first door during business hours and you'll see a desk to dial a number to see if there's a receptionist to welcome you or not. I got lucky and the receptionist spoke English and was very welcoming! We got to talk a lot about the company, parts and various other things! I got to snap a lot of pics of their showroom which shows their winning history, various cool cars and parts they've developed. Definitely will be back to buy more parts and accessories when I come back!
