我們一家五口入住 う ぐいす（鶯） 202，住宿環境很好，四張單人床.一張沙發床，和式間也可以再擺兩張床墊，空間很大，有洗衣間（洗烘衣機）及廚房（冰箱.烤箱.微波爐.熱水壺.ih爐），浴室有兩間，分淋浴間跟浴缸，廁所乾濕分離，鄰近有超市買東西非常便利，另外值得讚賞的是有寄放行李的服務，真的非常感謝。（唯一的不便就是沒有電梯）

Went here this morning. Not busy, staff very helpful. We purchased Tokyo Metro 72 hr pass and exchanged some money with coupon from staff. We also did a survey and got a small gift! Thank you!
Wenn es 10 Punkte geben würde, würden wir auch 10 Punkte geben. Sehr nette,sehr kompetente russische Mitarbeiterin, die perfekt englisch spricht ( eine Seltenheit in Japan) und die uns bei unserem Problem sofort geholfen hat.So sollte der Service in Japan eigentlich immer laufen - ist aber leider Gottes die Seltenheit.
回來淺草舊地重遊，但是因為這次行李的部分比較多所以找了一間行李幫我們的保護，然後到旁邊的淺草寺拜拜，順便逛逛，因為有寄送行李的關係，那我們不用推來推去真的很安心，一定5星好評。還有很貼心的服務因為我們不會說日文，結果櫃檯的美女小姐會講中文整個就很放鬆溫馨。又超正感謝今天的保護行李消費以後，大家如果有來淺草的話 大力推薦喔。
