スキー場併設の合宿所みたいな宿泊施設、温泉の大浴場もあり非常に便利。コロナ後には外国人宿泊者も戻って活気がでているが、食事の内容がこれでもかというくらいに貧相になってしまった。以前は肉料理や揚げ物のバイキングだったがコロナ最中は個人配膳になり、2024年のシーズンも個人配膳のままで料理もかなりしょぼい。クルマがないと周りに買いに行ける場所もないのでキツい。
First time to Geto. Booked through Snow Japan. Price included 2 nights, 2 lift tickets, and breakfast and dinners. The check-in process was very smooth. There was an English speaking employee at the front desk which helped immensely since this was my first time here and they have different rules for use of the onsen, etc. If you arrive before check-in time (1500) they will store your luggage for free. You receive a key to a locker when you check-in. The locker is good size and there is plenty of room for oversized luggage around the bunk beds. You also have free use of the onsen and sauna. The onsen is the only shower available. The actual bunk bed is good size, I am 185cm (73") and had plenty of room. The food is typical Japanese fare and is buffet style. There is a cafe in the ski dome are that serves breads and breakfast sandwiches. You also have a skiers I lounge area that is a great space to chill after a hard day on the slopes. Over all, this was a great trip and I will be coming back. The only negative thing I wish I new before I came is that there is no ATM on property and none of the restaurants on the property take credit cards.
