Very very kind! Everyone I talked to helped me in English! Will take a minute for them to understand ( which is understandable) very nice service!
The service has improved a lot! The drivers and phone operators are always friendly, and it’s really convenient that some staff speak English. They’ve also started using DiDi, which makes booking much easier. Payments are different now too, you can use credit cards as well as yen. And to top it off some drivers/taxis are now able to go on base. Huge improvement overall!

那覇～金武に降りたって、タクシー検索すぐ金武タクシーオペレーターに繋がり電話切ってソッコー拾って貰いました。金武に行くとき足が無ければ又🍻利用したいと決めました。有り難うございます🙇
