When I couldn’t find my check-in number and was feeling lost, a staff member who happened to be passing by kindly came over to help. I was so worried that I might not be able to check in after finally arriving, but their bright smile and friendly manner really put me at ease.The room was spacious, and I could see Tsutenkaku Tower from the window. I had a lovely, relaxing time eating dinner and watching TV in the room, which helped me unwind after a long day of traveling.It was such a wonderful hotel—I’d definitely recommend it to my friends!
A Hotel with Great Problem-Solving Skills and Spotless Cleaning That Makes You Want to ReturnWe stayed here as a family. We encountered a minor issue during our stay, but when we contacted them via email, a staff member came right over to handle it, which was a huge help. We are truly grateful for their prompt response.What surprised us even more was the exceptional quality of the cleaning. It was meticulous, reaching every corner, allowing us to enjoy a very comfortable stay. It's rare to find a hotel this clean. The staff's service was also outstanding, making this a hotel we definitely want to visit again.
It was a great stay. I stayed with my family, but other hotels in Japan were not as spacious and comfortable as this hotel. The kitchen and washing machine are in the room, which is very convenient for long-term stays. In addition, just by reading the QR code in the room or in the lobby and sending an email, you can easily contact the staff and respond immediately. And above all, the guest room is very clean. The cleaning was well done, and the whole family was able to spend time with peace of mind. The next time I come back to Osaka, I will come back to this hotel.
It was a good hotel.We stayed here for a trip with four friends. It wasn't too far from the nearest station, and the convenient access was a big help.Having extra plates in the room was super handy for enjoying late-night snacks! Plus, plenty of towels were provided, so all four of us could use them freely without hesitation—a thoughtful touch. It was a very clean hotel with excellent service. Thank you!
첫해외가족여행 깨끗한 숙소에서 기분좋게 잘 다녀왔습니다. 무인으로 운영되는 곳이지만 딱히 필요한게 없을만큼 물품이 잘 챙겨져 있었고 세탁기가 있어서 소소한 빨래를 그때그때 할수있어서 좋았어요. 여행3박중 2박은 이곳에서 하고 1박은 다른곳에서 했는데 3박을 계속 여기서 했어야했었나 하는 후회아닌 후회를 했네요. 전철역도 가깝고 특히 라피트를 탈수있는역이라 나중에 그중요함을 알았네요. (여행초보자라) 동네도 조용하고 휴식하기엔 좋은 분위기였습니다. 밤에 치안이 걱정됐으나 여느 동네 분위기고 번화한 곳보다는 저는 이곳이 편했어요 아무튼 이번 여행에서 이숙소는 좋은 휴식처였다.
由新今宮站步行5-8分鐘即可抵達在房間就可以看的通天閣旅館設備很齊全浴室有淋浴設備、浴缸、洗衣機，洗好的衣服可以用浴室烘乾功能，睡一覺就乾了浴廁乾濕分離房間還有加濕器、吸塵器小廚房很得我心調味料附近超市可買廚具餐具一應俱全旅館周遭很幽靜超市、超商步行約5分鐘木津市場10-15分鐘難波八阪神社約20分鐘有家的感覺舒適、溫馨走了一天的路回到旅館就是可以好好休息房間乾淨床好睡不用擔心充電問題床頭有插座及USB插頭雙人床左右各一下次再到大阪會再選擇艾思利德飯店。
家族で泊まりました。ビジネスホテルよりもずっと広くて良いです。駅からも遠くなく、静かで自分たちの目的には最適でした。一つだけ惜しい！のはコンビニが駅まで行かないと無いことくらいですね。また泊まります。
真是很棒的體驗。建築物周圍非常安靜，雖然離大阪的難波等很近，但是可以安靜地度過，非常好。室內非常乾淨。雖然前台沒有人，但是通過郵件聯繫了飯店想要洗滌劑，工作人員馬上就拿來了。那位工作人員的反應也非常好。或許來這裡無法滿足的是過度要求服務的大陸人。以這個金額在其他地方從未見過這樣高質量的住宿體驗。下次再來大阪的時候肯定會選擇這裡吧。
前は系列ホテルのエスリードホテル難波サウス3に宿泊しましたが、こちらのホテルもとても魅力的です。チェックイン時にスタッフと会い、チェックインを円滑に進めることができました。また、お部屋の形が違ったので、前とは違う良さがありました。また別の系列ホテルに泊まりたいと思いましたね。

周辺のオススメ
일본여행 여러번 다녀왔지만 손꼽히는 퀄리티의 숙소였습니다. 1박 11만원인데 더블침대 하나, 싱글침대 두 개 있고 캐리어 펼쳐놔도 넉넉한 바닥 면적, 스마트티비, 취사시설까지 있는 가성비 갑 인정합니다.공항특급 타고 신이마미야 역에 내려서 5분 정도 걸어가면 체크인할 수 있을 정도로 가깝고, 에비스초 역도 북쪽으로 5분 정도 걸으면 갈 만한 거리라 교토 다녀오기도 좋았습니다.숙소 근처에 신세카이 상점가, 츠텐카쿠가 무척 가까워서 먹을 거 사러 가기도 편했습니다.굳이 단점을 꼽자면 난바, 도톤보리까지 도보로 편도 15~20분이 걸린다는 점인데 어차피 여행 오면 많이 걷는 주의라 크게 신경 쓰이지는 않았습니다.일본 다른 지역에도 있다면 또 이용해보고 싶네요
