古い民宿を改装したユニークなカフェです。
干物定食が850円で味わえるランチメニューです。
I’d originally wanted to go to “Lamp House” but the lady there told me and my wife it was full and she didn’t want more customers. I came across this as it was down the road and open at 10am.Whilst this was a random find, I think the food was extraordinary here. Outstanding. I had the pork teriyaki and my wife had the salmon. Both dishes were excellent. The salmon was dry aged or something similar, it was unlike other salmon I’ve tried in London or Singapore.Really cheap too.See below pics for reference.

古い民宿が、ランチもやってました。鉄火丼、オムライスを頂きました。鉄火丼は、マグロが凍ってましたよ！きっと、洋食系がオススメだと思われます👍
ランチで干物定食850円を頂きました。安くてとても美味しいかったです。アジの干物は脂が乗って最高。小鉢も付いて食後のデザートのメロンも美味しかったです。一番はお店の方の応対が丁寧で最高でした。教えたくない穴場ですね。また、下田に行ったら必ず伺いたいと思います。
お店の雰囲気は、おばあちゃんちに来た感覚。入り口は普通の民家で少し入りにくいかもしれませんが、奥のリビングスペースでお食事頂けます。お昼の定食は小鉢が多く大満足。笑顔で接客頂きました。

This is someone's home, so it's got a quaint, cozy vibe. The owner is a lovely old lady who doesn't speak English but loves to chat. There's actually quite a few items on the menu but since it's just grandma making everything herself there might be a bit of a wait.The ceiling is quite low in this place, be careful.
