fabbitGG大阪本町の特徴
モダンな施設が魅力的な共同オフィスです。
立地が良く、アクセスが便利な場所にあります。
クリーンで心地よいスペースで仕事ができます。
営業の隙間時間に便利でオープンスペースを利用させていただいています。去年ごろからオフィスに入居されている会社(同じ社名が何度も聞こえてくるので…)の方々がWebや対面での打ち合わせもオープンスペースでされていて禁止ではないかもしれませんが同僚同士の会話など含め、もう少し周囲に配慮いただけると助かります。
広々していて良かったです。フリー席エリアはオフィス契約の人の休憩場所やご飯を食べる場所にもなっていてお昼すぎから15時くらいは席によってはあまり快適ではないです。
Fabbit is a very nice co-working space. I had mixed impressions during my three visits there. Unfortunately, Fabbit doesn’t offer an entrepreneur much more than a nice cafe or bookstore.Pros:- Very nice and modern facility inside a nice building- Good location- Adequate internet speed- CleanCons:Expensive membershp fee to become a member there.- I couldn’t see the purpose or benefit of paying them a membership fee- Membership fee is conveniently hidden from their pricing chart- ‘Campaign’ pricing for monthly, yearly or annual membership really doesn’t offer any advantage once the membership i fee is included into the cost.- White boards in main working space are unavailable for use. They’re covered with various flyers— What’s the point of having whiteboards then?- No standing tables or desks for working— Sitting at a desk all day to work is tiring, uncomfortable and unhealthy- Sleeping on desks seems to be allowed— There should be a rest zone that is away from the main working area for people who want to sleepI really wanted to be a member at Fabbit. Unfortunately, for the price and facilities, Fabbit offers almost no advantage over a cafe or bookstore.
人の出入りが多く落ち着いて仕事の出来る雰囲気ではないです。ドロップインなら、コーヒーショップで十分かもしれません。

心地よく使用することができました！また是非次回も使用したいと思います‼︎エレベーターの音がするので、気になる人は工夫した方が良いかも。私は集中もでき大丈夫でしたが。
