駅近く，部屋綺麗だった，最高な宿泊施設でした，皆様におすすめします。
赤羽站西口出來後需步行10分鐘左右才能抵達（此處住宅區有一段上行坡段），由於我們是網路預定好機場接機，所以沒有到日本出關後找路拉行李的困擾。赤羽站一帶有當地人也愛的居酒屋一番街，所以餐廳林立，便利商店及超市商家也多，再晚回來都有的吃。個人與家人體力還算不錯，所以每天出去一天遊玩回來後這個上行坡段對我們而言反而是核心肌群鍛鍊的好時機，但如果是推著行李箱又帶長輩小孩又要提重物的話可能就會比較辛苦，預訂時這個因素要稍作考量一下。除了這個坡道問題之外，基本上這個房東管理者是很細心的人。我們預計住3週今天已是入住第7天，社區的白天及晚上都非常安靜，所以我們這些天的睡眠品質都很好。房間雖不是很大但二個人入住是完全沒有問題的。日常生活備品都準備很充足，小廚房裡的爐灶（含烤箱）、電子鍋、冰箱、微波爐、煮水器、吹風機等家用電器都很實用，偶爾附近超市採買回來自己簡單料理也很不錯，畢竟日本飲食口味偏重鹹，自己簡單料理比較健康也像在家一樣。洗衣機就在房間陽台外面所以使用上很方便，衣架有10個也是非常夠用的，洗完衣服後就直接晾在冷氣風口下的窗簾杆子，即便晾在室內有太陽時也可以曬到太陽。房間的浴室及廁所是分開的也都很乾淨。外面公區域有提供吸塵器掃把及垃圾袋可以自行使用。日本垃圾分類跟台灣稍有不同，都有標示如果不懂日文仔細看看籃子裡的物品跟著放就好了，門口也有一個社區內掀蓋的大垃圾桶，如果要丟垃圾打開放入即可。一本詳細的生活公約房東都有提供放在桌上，入住時務必參閱如果有任何問題都可以跟房東聯繫，他會協助處理。房東在入住前一天即會用系統聯繫再次確認，抵達當日也會，所以一到日本當地就要開通聯繫方式有什麼問題他也方便協助處理。冬天有暖氣空調，早晚較冷時可以開空調暖房，這次是第二次入住，房間的陽台依舊是可以曬衣服的，這次的房間可以看到遠處的晴空塔，夜晚星星很多，今晚抬頭一看就能看到獵戶星座。出門在外能偶爾自炊也是很棒的事情，能自己調整適合自己清淡點口味。
The room was nice for a group of 3, 2 beds and one sofa. it was clean, instructions were clear.the locations is good Akabane station is a big main hub for train lines so you are 30 mins away of most places in Tokyo. only downside is the building is on a small hill keep that in mind if you have heavy bags.
The apartment is not really that far from Akabane train station. But a little heads up. After reaching a junction, the route is going uphill. So, imagine having heavy baggage and kids trailing with you on the "check-in" day? 😭 Nonetheless, if you travel with elderlies or those with disabilities, you can always take a taxi from the train station. There is a taxi stand right outside the station. We did end up booking a taxi on the day we checked out.The apartment itself ? It is just like what you see on the booking apps. If you read a review complaining about the toilet, that is true too. I'm not sure if they have fixed it by now (since I posted this review so late after our stay there 😅). Although the customer service is quick to respond to our other enquiries, but with regards to the "broken toilet", they didn't seem to believe me (the toilet bowl nozzle didn't work).The toilet panel looked very complex too - the most sophisticated one I had seen in Japan. But all those fancy buttons didn't really do 💩 (pun intended 🫢).When reading the apartment's description, you may have caught that it's on the 3rd floor with no elevator. But be warned. The steps are quite steep and small sizes too. Luckily, there are not many staircases to climb up. I mean, the building is not really that high up.Here's what we did on the day we checked out. We packed our biggest bag half empty. Then we carried the bag downstairs and finished up packing on the ground floor.I'd recommend you to do the same for safety reasons. You don't want to risk yourself falling down the stairs with a heavy bag crushing on you👌🏻Now the plus points. Other than it is close to a main train station, it's also close to a few supermarkets and some small sized malls.The apartment's cooking stove is unique in design (in my opinion) and very easy to use. It was unlike anything we've seen before.It has a balcony, albeit small. I loved hanging out on the balcony and looking out the scenery.We also loved the neighbourhood 💕😘 - the Japanese style houses (EACH with their own designs), with parking spots squeezed in between the houses; the hilly and narrow streets; the stairs going down a hill a few meters away from the apartment. Magnificent.When we were there, the tree outside our apartment was the only one with blossoming sakura. No other trees nearby OR in Tokyo areas that we went to, already had sakura trees bloomed. It was like the tree was welcoming our stay 😘 (or bidding us goodbye as we left 😢).Here's another great PLUS point. If you are Muslim travellers or simply want to saviour Halal food, midway between the train station and the apartment, there's a halal food vendor called "Halal Food & Kebab (おもてなしハラルマート&ケバブ)." The food selections are tasty and cheaper too, compared with those in Tokyo city centre.

Daire yeterli. Son bir günüm kaldı tokyoda ve daireden yeterince memnunum. Minimal bir daire ve tokyo için ideal. Ulaşım konusunda çok dikkatli olduğum için burayı tercih etmiş olmama çok sevindim ve kendimi şanslı hissediyorum. Evde Wifi yeterli. Her şey çalışıyor işlevsiz hiçbir şey yok. Her şey anlatıldığı gibi. Bir sürprizle karşılaşmıyorsunuz. Rahat uyku uyuyabildiğim için de çok mutluyum. Çok sessiz ve sakin bir sokak. Gerçekten harika.
