整理整頓が行き届いた工場内で、清潔感があります。
レノファ山口の臨時駐車場として利用可能で、地域貢献もしています。
パナソニックには、全くかんけーないですが、ここを山口方面へちょっと過ぎた所で良くネズミ取りしてます。久しぶりに……6月19日の月曜日朝イチでやってたので、一杯捕まってました！気を付けましょう！8月30日もしてたなーみんなが忘れた頃…2ヶ月おきにするのかな？
配送業務で何度か行ってますけど整理整頓ができています。コロナ対応も万全。

I imagined this place was going to be a creative hive of activity, bursting with ideas for new and useful products, inspired by the customer-centred philosophy of Matsushita Konosuke. What I found reminded me of the English electronics company, Marconi Defence Systems, in which I once worked, which (unable to complete with East Asian manufacturing) survived on Cost Plus Contracts from the British Ministry of Defence. There was the same burgeoning weight of bureaucracy, lethergy, torpor and sense of entitlement. It was horrifying. In the years since I have seen Taiwanese, Korean, and Chinese companies have come to replace, or at times purchase, the Japanese household name electronics brands that I grew up to respect. I would not be surprised if so called "Panasonic products" today are rebadged products from other manufacturers in East Asia. Be afraid young Japanese, be very afraid and do not think joining a 'blue chip' Japanese manufacturer means job security. This plant may not, imho, exist in a few years.
パナソニックグループの中規模工場あるね！電解コンデンサメインで稼働してあるよ。社員・パート・派遣男女問わずいるあるよ。中は整理整頓が行き届いて5S意識高いあるね！
