I stumbled upon this shop as it was one of few open after my trek on the Nakasendo Trail and I had some time to kill before the next train. They offer a simple selection of snacks, drinks, and alcoholic beverages, but the owners were very friendly and helpful, made my noodles for me, and were very excited to have a chat. Exactly what I needed after a big walk.
