とびの途中で東京駅周辺散歩の時は便利。皇居の方まで行ってみるならキャリーバッグを預けていくのがお薦め…ちょっとスペースが狭い感じなので受け取りなどに時間がかかる場合があります。旅は余裕もって、荷物預けて身軽に散策に行かれてください。

This is the JR East Travel Service Center exclusively for tourists. Their main business seems to be issuing Japan Rail Passes, which are available at a discount for foreigners who booked before coming to Japan, and returning JR cards used during travel and settling the account. They also provide temporary luggage storage and delivery services too. They offer service in English, Chinese, and Korean. And the center also has tourist brochures and an ATM. It also accepts currencies from 31 countries.インバウンド専用のJR東日本トラベルサービスセンターです。来日前に予約した外国人専用お得なジャパンレールパスを受け取ったり、旅行中に使ったJRカードの返却 精算が主な仕事のようで、荷物の一時預かりや発送もしています。英中韓に対応、センター内には観光パンフやATMもあります。尚、31ヵ国の通貨も取り扱っています。ps. 以前「ロッカー難民」をここへ何度か案内しました。

So helpful! I was looking for luggage storage because all the lockers were full. A kind lady gave me directions with 2 very helpful maps of Tokyo station. Btw the luggage storage is inside the station on level 1 (use a Suica card ¥150 to get in/out).
