部屋は広く、特に902号室からの眺めが素晴らしいです。
モダンな設備が整い、快適な滞在ができます。
浅草寺のニ天門近くで立地が良いホテルです。フロントのある1階のアメニティにボディータオルがあったのはうれしいかったです。奥のラウンジはゲーム・自販機・共有のキッチンがあり、フリーのコーヒーマシンを利用し部屋でゆっくりコーヒーが飲めます。部屋にはダイニングテーブル・シンク・電子レンジ・キッチンペーパーシンク下にはコップ・マグカップ・お皿・カトラリー・など一通り置かれてます。洗面所横には洗濯乾燥機洗面所は広く流しが２つ設置されて使い勝手いいです。ベッドも大きめで各ベッド横にはスマホやドリンクが置ける台が設置されこれもとても便利ですフロアーにウォーターステーションも設置されています仲店などを散歩しながら食べたいものを買い込んでのホテル夕食ですオリックスホテルの新ブランドホテルとのことで期待以上の居心地の良さで浅草らしいホテルと感じました。また泊まりたいホテルのひとつになりました。
C'est un excellent hôtel milieu de gamme, le meilleur de nos séjours au Japon.Ce qui m'a frappé le plus, c'est de m'y sentir comme à la maison. Après deux premiers jours dans cet établissement, nous sommes partis visiter d'autres villes en y laissant une valise vide, puis nous sommes revenus pour terminer notre séjour en y passant quatre nuits.L'hôtel est récent et ses équipements sont parfaitement adaptés à la vie moderne : cafés ou matcha (chauds ou froids) gratuits, fontaine d'eau purifiée, prises électriques et USB en abondance...La chambre est spacieuse et confortable, et les toilettes ainsi que la salle de bains sont très bien agencées. De plus, la fenêtre de notre chambre offre un panorama magnifique sur le temple Jinja — quel plaisir de se réveiller chaque matin avec une telle vue !L'équipe est toujours souriante et à l'écoute, et le service de chambre est irréprochable. Le seul petit point à améliorer concerne le bruit du réfrigérateur, qui peut s'avérer un peu gênant durant la nuit.L'autre point fort de l'hôtel est son emplacement, la ligne G nous a permis d'accéder rapidement aux points de visite.Merci pour la qualité de ces services ! Je recommande vivement.
在飯店還沒開幕前就訂了這間飯店~有著特別的期待~帶著大小朋友們去東京走走~飯店很乾淨~房間大小符合預期~飯店人員非常的友善且非常的棒~在旅途中出了點包~感謝飯店人員的幫忙~期待下次的旅行再次入住~
Nos encantó el hotel, nuevo y con mucho estilo.Habitaciones amplias, camas muy cómodas, nos tocó la habitación 902 y teníamos vista privada del templo Senso-Ji y la Pagoda como postal cada amanecer y el anochecer brutal.Cuenta con todas las comodidades. Personal muy atento y amable.Sin duda si volveremos lo cogeríamos.Fuimos una familia de 4 con niños.

I honestly cannot rave about this hotel enough! The details of the build, the uniqueness of each room, the cleanliness, the staff, the boardgames in the common area, the DELICIOUS free coffee, the SPACE of the room, Rooms are MASSIVE even for international standards! The convenience of the laundry room, the convenience of the location!? It's such a close walk to the fun Asakusa streets with food and shops everywhere!It's been such an amazing 3 night stay and I wish I could stay longer. I loved how the bathtub is connected to a shower area so the whole small room can be wet, such a cute and fun setup. I looked up this location and thought it would be a walk to the station but it's actually not that far even with luggages and kids in tow.I have a 6 year old and a 1.5 year old strapped on to me. It's not that bad of a walk, we had so much fun, and the only thing that's negative is that we have to leave :( THANK YOU Cross Suites, we really LOVED our stay!I am still here in the lobby area working as I write this. Comfortable tables to use with proper airconditioning as I wait to leave as I get another cup of free coffee, *siiiiiigh*. I don't wanna leave!
這次旅行中意外發現了這間新開幕的飯店，預訂時甚至還不知道它尚未正式開幕。因為我們家一共有 5 個人，在東京要找到價格合理、又能全家住在一起的房間並不容易，所以看到這間飯店時就決定訂下來。後來我們又追加了一晚，因此這次剛好體驗了兩種房型：一種最多可入住 5 人，另一種最多可入住 6 人。服務人員也都非常親切、專業，完全不會有新飯店剛開幕、不熟悉流程的感覺。我們這次總共住了 5 個晚上，是一次非常愉快、舒適的住宿體驗，會推薦給家庭或朋友一起來東京旅行的人。

8月29日に家族で宿泊いたしました。その際に対応していただいた中国籍のスタッフの方の対応が非常に親切で、素晴らしい時間を過ごすことができました。心より感謝申し上げます。また浅草を訪れる機会がありましたら、ぜひこちらのホテルに宿泊したいと思います。本当に素敵な滞在をありがとうございました。
