筑紫野市内の便利な立地で大満足でした。
車が故障して保険会社通しての代車適用。それまで代車だとかレンタカーは何度か別の会社で使わせて貰ったけど、対応してくれた方が凄い丁寧な対応で凄く信頼が持てた。田舎や都心関係無しに車が必要不可欠な立場として、愛車が故障等してしまったら代車は本当に助かるし、ソレを対応してくれる人がキチンとしてるなら安心できる。コレは個人的主観ではあるが、少なくともこの店舗の方は信頼出来る人が多数居るので代車、レンタカーする場合はオススメだと思う。
친절한 응대 좋았습니다 마지막에 다 끝나고 차 기능보려고 이것저것 보고 있으니 오셔서 끝까지 설명해주시고 차가 도로까지 나가는 모습 보시고 들어가시는게 인상적이었습니다

実家に帰るのに借りました。正月３日に返しに行きました。男性が対応してくれましたが、笑顔と対応態度が凄く良く、また借りる時は、ここで借りたいと思いました。

My wife and I were literally blessed by Toyota Rent a Car Chikushi when we pulled into this rental location in March of 2023. I had somehow driven over something that flattened both passenger side tires while driving down route 35. I had no idea that I was even at this Toyota rental location when I made the decision to pull into the next available driveway as we were pretty certain that we had a flat tire. We couldn't believe our eyes when we saw the Toyota emblems as we pulled in having rented our car from the Fukuoka airport location.Despite our inability to speak Japanese and the attendants' limited English, they both made it clear that they were going to take care of us. The lead attendant and his assistant brought up a new, clean vehicle, moved our luggage and bags, transferred our ETC card, and gave us a new contract. We were in the new vehicle and ready to leave in less than 5 minutes! I'm still shaking my head in disbelief that it was even possible!The Chikushi location properly handled the necessary paperwork concerning the change of vehicles as the airport location received the replacement vehicle upon return without issue. In fact, they only spoke about the first vehicle when I inquired if all was ok and if I had any obligation in regard of cost of repairWe have never experienced this level of kindness, prompt service, professionalism, or care in any environment ever. The two attendants at Toyota Rent a Car Chikushi were truly outstanding and my only regret is that I am just now writing them a review. I'd give them 100 stars if possible!
