Hida Cooking Classの特徴
21人のグループで分かれて調理を行うユニークなスタイルです。
簡単なレシピで味わう味噌汁や野菜料理が人気です。
特製の持ち帰り用弁当を自分たちで作ります。
We were group of 21 and we're splitted into 3 each with a work station and instructor. The main instructor roamed from station to station. A bee hive of activities resulted in a bento box for each student. We ate our own cooking in a very nice dinning room. Simple recipes and clear instructions added to our preparation resulted in many delicious dishes. It was a fun way to learn some basic Japanese cooking like miso soup which took many steps to produce the final products. The spinich and the deep fried egg plants were my favorites. The school post the recipes on their web pages.

This was a terrific experience The teacher was easy to follow and it held the interest of the class from beginners to advanced cooks. We had a group lunch of the meal we made and the food was excellent.I would highly recommend this class to anyone traveling to Japan.
