手ぬぐいはアメリカでは珍しいお土産に最適です。
Literally, a small and cozy shop in historical Nawate Street. They carry Japanese Tenugui (very handy to wipe your hand or cool to carry in Sento during your trip in Japan), beautiful paper and gift items. Tenugui could be a good souvenir which you rarely find in the states side.

My wife's go to place for getting shoelaces!They have these shoelaces that seem to be made with kimono fabric that my wife absolutely loves.We haven't found anywhere else that sells them so every time we visit Matsumoto, we end up with a couple of laces.Funny story: when my wife was waiting for food at a random takeaway place in Sydney Australia, she saw that the person in front of her had the same kind of shoelaces.When she asked where she got them, she also said a small craft shop in Matsumoto on that frog street!What a small world! 🌍
