OHANA TOKYO HOUSEの特徴
日本では初の民泊体験ができる貴重な宿泊施設です。
部屋は非常に綺麗で清潔感があり、安心して過ごせました。
他の観光地からは距離がありますが、アクセスも便利です。
The place is clean but far from Akabane Station — you need to take a bus to reach it. We stayed on the third floor, and the stairs were very steep, which made it difficult with luggage. Rooms are small with thin walls and shared bathrooms. Check the location and setup carefully before booking.
Room was good for the 2 of us. AC in both room and the kitchen is really good. Toilet was nice and shower was big which I like because I'm tall and I had problems in some other apartments in Japan. We were on the last floor but it hasn't hard to get up there. Good location close to stations and stores. Would recommend especially for taller people!!
Stayed here in the first week of June, the owners are the nicest most welcoming individuals! Located right next to a Daiso and drug store, it’s convenient to go and grab essentials that you may need during your stay. Rooms are a bit tight, keep that in mind if you’re planning to share with another person. The station is a nice walking distance from the house, however it does add up to be a fair bit of money. It took us around 40 minutes to an hour to get to metro Tokyo.
Es un gran lugar si quieres ahorrar dinero pero debes considerar su ubicación. Esta alejado de casi todos los puntos turísticos y los transportes más cercanos son buses que te pueden llevar a las estaciones de Akabane o de una línea de Toneri.
初の民泊体験。同階に5部屋あるが、なんと他は空いていた様だったが、折悪しく隣に宿泊者が入っていたようだ、しかも赤ん坊の鳴き声がしてくる。部屋は普通の部屋だが枕や布団がどうも清潔感的にはホテルには到底太刀打ち出来ぬ感じ。私はそれ程気にはしないが、特に若い女性なら拒否する向きもあるかも。金を払っても清潔感を取りたい人はいるかもしれない、つまり7000円出しても東横インだ、みたいな。

困った時に直ぐに連絡をくれて対応も早かったです。部屋もとってもキレイで、キッチンがあり、お鍋も揃っているので長期滞在に最適でした。お値段も安くてまた長期滞在の機会に利用しようと思います。
部屋は清潔感もあり、とても綺麗でした。キッチンも有ってよかったです。また行こうと思います。

A little outside to Tokyo Center, thus not much noise and yet very good connected with various public Transports. 30 Min to several sightseeing spots: Skytree, Shinyoku and Shibuya. Small clean room with TV an desk.
