フレンドリーなスタッフが対応してくれる居心地の良さがあります。
セミナーハウスと言う事で特段利用出来ないので何ともですね～。地下に理容店、学習塾、1階には就労継続支援B型事業所さんが在るくらい。
Facilities are now relativly old. Nice staff.Cheap rooms, good value, area is a little dangerous with minor delinquency. Though safer than most other countries.We spent 3 days cleaning before moving out, didn't realise that the aircon is our perview, were not provided with the cleaning checklist they use. And were charged 8800 yen. Please carefully clean before you move out, and ask for their checklist.
Nice u0026 clean international students accommodation which has a lot of shops nearby and quit area to relax after long day of studying!Staff are amazing and very helpful too.It is convenient u0026 safe for Families and Female students as well.

アパートは素晴らしく、オフィスのスタッフはフレンドリーです。スタッフは英語と日本語を話します。心配している家族や女性のために積極的にパトロールする警備員がいます。宿泊施設もたくさんあります。ある日プールがあったら😜夢は見ることができますが。（原文）Apartment is nice and office staff are friendly. Staff speaks English and Japanese. There is security who actively patrols so good for families and women who have concerns. There are many accomodations as well. If only we had a pool one day 😜 although I can dream.

+: Affordable price. Friendly staff. Close to Mcdonald's, V-drug. M's mall (Lopia, Daiso), and Nitori. Not too far from the train station.-: Relatively old building. Low internet speed at night. Soundproof now so good. Laundry machine and clothes dryer not very clean (highly depends on your neighbors).
