I had to get some Ibuprofen and the young lady was able to speak English. There was an older lady there with whom she conversed to find the meds. Very helpful and friendly.
Of course I got a nasty cough during my vacation. I popped in here for some meds and luckily there was an English speaker that helped me find something just for a cough that definitely relieved my symptoms.
