Hello. After 14 hours of flight, you go to customs, have to fill papers, taking your lugages, .... this first point in Japan is very usefull : you can exchange your JRP (japan rail pass), ask for information, get a sim data , send your lugage somewhere .... and a lot more. Still there and still very usefull in 2026
JR pass 예약번호가 E로 시작되는 pass는 여기서 수령 불가.3 터미널(국제선)에서 6시 45분부터 수령 가능.두 터미널은 셔틀로 이동 가능.셔틀은 약 새벽 4시 30분경부터 운행.
Very nice and staff. You can ask for a Tokyo Travel Guide (Tourist booklet) which is helpful for first time visitors. It has a map and introduction to various neighborhoods as well as other helpful information for foreigners. The booklet comes in different languages.There are services to have your luggage sent to your hotel from the airport against a fee.Love how the vending machines here (there is one next to the information desk) offer hot drinks. My favourite is the milk tea that only comes in hot.There is vending
Really nice and convenient. The buffet had a lot of options. Traveling in Japan is great, so much respect. And then the open bar. No need to say more.
The non-SIM card part was okay, but I can only agree with what the previous speaker said: it's a pure scam, selling incredibly overpriced SIM cards at three times the market price. Now that's what I call a great welcome to such a great country. Perfect first impression...
