Superb customer’s service, very responsive and accommodating to change of appointment time due to travel changes. I had the deep program immersive face spa, and enjoyed the relaxing massage. Love the immaculate ambience in a traditional Japanese house. Thank you for the beautiful experience!
We are visiting from Australia and this is a great place for a beautiful, relaxing massage and facial. Staff were polite and professional and we highly recommend!
My daughter and I wanted a relaxing, authentic spa experience while visiting Japan and Takayama Aqualie did not disappoint! The building and rooms were beautiful and the inside was warmly lit, clean and smelled wonderful. Our aestheticians were friendly and we were able to communicate in English easily via their translator app and English instructions. Our facials were absolutely fabulous. I only wish we had booked longer appointments.
My mother and I have been travelling Japan with backpacks and duffel bags, and have only come to the realisation of how much you carry with you constantly (Especially in Takayama you find yourself walking to most places :) )In need of a massage I booked Takayama aqualie and is one of the best decisions I have made on this trip! Mae and Erika gave a warm welcome in their traditional Japanese studio space- adorned with beautiful lighting and wood paneling.The service was professional as they debriefed the treatment and were taking time to understand which areas would we like them to concentrate on.It was indeed an immersive facial experience- soothing music, heat mist, face masks, foot rub, face massage, tapping techniques, quality products …Mae and Erika went above and beyond — thankyou Takayama Aqualie 💚💛(It was raining the day of our session so we arrived 30 mins early and they still let us in and made us feel warm and welcome) 🙏
M'ha agradat molt, la noia m'ha fet un massatge de peus i cames molt exhaustiu, seguit d'un tractament facial igual de complet. M'he pogut relaxar molt i desconectar. Fan servir productes Pola i està molt pendent de qualsevol detall. Parla una mica anglès però a més d'ajuda d'un traductor per tant la comunicació és molt fàcil. Arigatō gozaimasu❤️❤️❤️
素敵な日本家屋でゆったりと施術していただき、GWの疲れが取れました。サロン内とても良い匂いで、香りからも癒されとても良い時間でした。
